Meet the team

Meet the psychologists, facilitators, coaches, and strategists who deliver The Breakthrough Process. Highly experienced and genuinely committed to supporting real change.

Who facilitates this work?

The Breakthrough Process is led by a small, experienced team who bring together psychology, leadership, strategy, and real-world business experience.

We share a serious commitment to this work. We listen carefully. We notice what is not being said. We ask the questions that matter. We create the conditions where honest conversation and real change can happen.
